Frank Miller was admitted to practice law in Ontario in 1980 after receiving his law degree from the University of Windsor in 1978. Since then he has worked almost exclusively as a criminal defence lawyer. He speaks Spanish as a result of his residence in South America as a Canada Council Graduate Fellow in Latin American Studies. (M.A., University of Windsor, 1976).
